Service
Anti-counterfeiting & Brand Protection
Taking fakes off the market: at the border, in shops and warehouses, and online. Court and criminal steps run with our legal partner.
What we do
Customs enforcement
We file and keep current your application with Turkish Customs, so suspected counterfeits can be held at the border and you are notified to act.
Market investigations
We trace who makes, stores and sells the fakes, and gather the evidence a complaint or lawsuit needs: test purchases, locations, volumes.
Raids
With our legal partner, we file the criminal complaint and support the search and seizure on site, then follow the case through to its end.
Online takedowns
We report infringing listings, shops and accounts to marketplaces and social platforms, and follow up until they come down.
How a case runs
From the first report to the last listing.
Report
You send us what you found: a product, a shop, a listing, a shipment.
Investigate
We confirm the source and scale, and propose the most effective route with a fee estimate.
Act
Cease-and-desist, customs hold, raid or takedown, depending on what the evidence supports.
Follow up
We track the case and watch for the same infringer coming back under a new name.
Questions
Can Turkish Customs stop counterfeit goods?
Yes. Once the right holder has an application on file with Customs, suspected goods can be held and the right holder is notified. The holder then has a short period to take legal action.
Is selling counterfeits a crime in Türkiye?
Trademark infringement can be prosecuted as a criminal offence. On a complaint, the public prosecutor can order a search and seizure of the goods.
Can you remove fake listings online?
In most cases, yes. Major marketplaces and social platforms have notice procedures for registered rights; a registration in the relevant country makes them far more effective.
