This website has no forms, sets no cookies and uses no analytics or third-party scripts. This page explains the little personal data that is processed when you visit it or contact us.
Who we are
ARNO IP is an intellectual property consultancy working in Türkiye and abroad. The controller of the personal data described on this page is ARNO IP (contact: ugur@arnoip.com).

Visiting this website
The site is a set of static pages. It does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics, embedded maps or videos, or fonts loaded from other servers.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver the pages and protect them against abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data about each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, in its server logs. We do not use these logs to identify visitors. Cloudflare handles this data under its own privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy (opens in a new tab).
When you email us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you include in the message and attachments. We use this only to reply to you and, if you instruct us, to handle your matter.
We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for the enquiry or the matter, and afterwards for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. Our email is hosted by our email service provider, which processes messages on our behalf.
When you call us or use WhatsApp
If you call us, we see your phone number. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) processes your messages and account data under its own terms and privacy policy. We use what you send only to reply and to handle your matter.
Legal basis
We process the data in your messages to take the steps you ask for before an engagement and to perform an engagement once agreed (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and to keep business records required by law (Art. 6(1)(c)). Hosting logs are processed for the legitimate interest of running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Send your request to ugur@arnoip.com; we will reply within one month.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, for example in your country of residence. In Finland this is the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
Changes
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date above.
