Before you file in Türkiye: what TÜRKPATENT refuses on its own
Article 5 of the Industrial Property Code lists the grounds on which TÜRKPATENT refuses a trademark without anyone objecting. What the Office checks, how it treats English words, and where an earlier mark blocks you and where only an opposition can.
